30-DAY RETURNS
Changed your mind? Nae bother. You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at londonrdsupplyco@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Post it back within 14 days
- Refund processed within 5 working days of receipt
Please note: customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Email us and we'll sort you out. We'll send the new size as soon as we receive your return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Received something not up to scratch? Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
